• Medical records and health information you submit for consultations

We do not sell your data. We share information only with: Stripe (payment processing), MailerLite (email marketing, with consent), and Google Analytics (anonymised usage statistics). All processors are GDPR-compliant.

5. Data Retention

Medical records are retained for 10 years as required by Greek medical law. Payment records are retained for 7 years for tax compliance. Marketing preferences can be updated or withdrawn at any time.
